NJA hosted Reception in honour
of DPRK high level delegation

Kathmandu : The Nepal Journalists Association (NJA) hosted a grand Reception in honour of His Excellency Mr. Pak Kyong Son, Deputy Chief of Foreign Affaires Department of CCWPK and Mr. Ri Hyok, Senior Officer of the Ministry of Foreign Affaires of the Govt. of DPR of Korea yesterday, 26th, Nov. 2009.

Welcoming the high level Govt. delegation of DPRK, NJA President Mr. Manju Ratna Sakya highlighted on the friendly courdial relations between Nepal and DPRK.

At the programme, DPRK Ambassador His Excellency Mr. Jang Youg Chol, Councilor & Deputy Chief of Mission of DPRK Embassy Mr. Rim Chang Ryol and Second Secretary Mr. Kim Ryong Su, were present.
Likewise, NCP ML General Secretary and CA Member C.P. Mainali, senior journalists as well as other distinguished guests were also present.

The Reception was followed by a cocktail Lunch at Rurunchilli Restaurant, Thamel.

During their stay in Nepal the DPRK delegation met the Prime Minister Mr. M.K. Nepal, NCP UML Chairman Mr. Jhala Nath Khanal, Unified NCP Maoist Chief Mr. Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, NCP UML Senior Leader Mr. K.P. Oli and Chairman of Nepal Workers & Peasants Party Mr. N. Man Bijucheka also.

The high level DPRK delegation in leaving today after four days successful visit to Nepal.

 
NJA Chief towards Pakistan
12 June 2009

Kathmandu : At the kind invitation of the concerning Ministry of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the President of Nepal Journalists Association Manju Ratna Sakya is leaving Kathmandu for Karachi tomorrow by PIA flight for one week visit to Pakistan.

During his stay in Pakistan, Mr. Sakya will have the opportunity to meet the high level Government and different personalities. He will visit many places of Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
NJA Chief Mr. Sakya is also the General Secretary of Nepal-Pakistan Friendship and Cultural Association.

He is serving in this Friendship Association since four decades.
