Chongryon Message to NJA
Tokyo: The Chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan(Chongryon) Mr. Ho Jong-Man has sent a letter to President of Nepal Journalist Association Dr. Manju Ratna Sakya appreciating for his warm congratulatory message which he sent on the occasion of the 23rd General Meeting of Chongryon on 31st May.
The letter is as follows "I would like to pay my respect for your great effort to accelerate friendship and solidarity between the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and your country.
I also really appreciate your warm congratulatory message to us, the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) on the occasion of the 23rd General Meeting. Your message encouraged all participants of the meeting.
The 23rd General Meeting adopted new policies of Chongryon’s patriotic movement to protect the ethnic education and civil rights of Koreans in Japan, and to accelerate the realization of the independent peaceful reunification of the Korean peninsula and friendship between DPRK and Japan. It also emphasized the importance of the role of younger generations.
We will make more efforts to implement the new policies and to develop our movement with the power of unity, and will commemorate the 60th anniversary of Chongryon on 25th May 2015 with great success.
