Nepal -DPRK relations : Excellent
Kathmandu : To celebrate the 66th Anniversary of Foundation Day of the D.P.R. of Korea, Nepal Journalists Association organized a Talk programme amidst a special attractive ceremony on 6th Sept. 2014.
His Excellency DPRK Ambassador Mr. Kim Yong Hak was the Chief Guest of the programme.
At the programme, President of Nepal Journalists Association Dr. Manju Ratna Sakya emphasized on the all-round progress and development of DPRK which was achieved by the Korean people under the dynamic leadership of President KIM IL SUNG.
Highlighting on the Great Juche idea, NJA Supremo Dr. Sakya spoke on the contribution of DPRK for the world peace and independence.
At the ceremony, HE Ambassador of DPRK Mr. Kim Yong Hak expressed happiness on the mutual friendly relations between Nepal and DPRK and hope that the friendly relations between Nepal and DPRK will strengthen further in future too.
DPRK Ambassador Mr. Hak congratulated to NJA Chief Dr. Sakya on his nominations in the post of Vice Chairman of Asian Regional Institute of Juche (ARIJI). The Regional Seminar and Meeting of ARIJI was held in Kathmandu successfully on 23rd August 2014.
NJA Secretary Mr. Mohan Bir Thapa who is also the Chief Editor of internationally renowned English Newspaper Look Nepal and Today Magazine highlighted on NJA contribution for the mutual friendly relations between our two countries.
Senior journalist Mr. P.R. Panta also spoke at the programme. On behalf of the participants of the Founding Day function to mark the National Day of DPRK, a letter of Congratulation and Greeting addressed to H.E. Supreme Leader Marshal KIM JON UN was handed over to DPRK Envoy Mr. Hak by NJA Secretary Mr. Thapa at the ceremony.
At the programme, journalists and high level personalities of different sectors were also present.
